About CardioCord

What is CardioCord?

CardioCord combines an office flow system with experienced remote virtual scribes, powered by AI agents. It brings patient flow, team communication, visit preparation and documentation support together, so on-site staff and the remote team share one view of the work that matters.

Who is CardioCord for?

Medical practices that want clearer handoffs and better-prepared visits — a single office, a group with several locations, or clinicians who travel between clinics. Inside the practice it serves every role: providers, scribes, coordinators and the front desk.

Can we use CardioCord today?

The CardioCord portal is coming soon. Request a demo to walk through the concept, talk about your practice’s workflow, and hear what support would look like for your team.

Are the screens on this website real?

They are concept interfaces that show how CardioCord is designed to work. Every patient, name and record in them is fictional.

Office flow

What does the Office Flow board show?

Every visit from check-in to check-out: coordinator preparation, room assignments and check-out, with each patient’s visit type, assigned staff and status — ready for the doctor, studies pending, or visit finished. Counts of checked-in, in-progress and completed visits sit at the top.

How does Office Chat keep conversations organized?

Staff coordinate room updates and questions in Office Chat, and can mention a patient so the message — and any photo or document attached to it — is linked to that patient’s visit. The chat panel can be shown or hidden as needed.

Does it work across several offices or traveling clinics?

Yes — that is what it is designed for. A remote scribe team works alongside your on-site staff through a shared workflow and the appropriate system access, whether you have one office, several, or clinicians on the road.

Virtual scribes and AI

What do the virtual scribes do?

They prepare the visit — organizing prior notes, hospital records, diagnostic results, medication information and pending items. They support structured patient interviews and symptom review within assigned roles, flag missing information for follow-up, and prepare notes for the provider’s review.

How are AI agents used?

AI agents help organize large volumes of patient information and assist with drafting. Scribes review what the agents produce and route it to the provider for verification. The agents support the team; they do not make clinical decisions.

Who is responsible for the documentation?

The provider. Providers review and approve clinical documentation and retain responsibility for clinical decisions. Dictated impressions and drafted notes are reviewed and edited before they are saved.

Integrations and data

Does CardioCord replace our EMR?

No. Your EMR remains the record. CardioCord organizes the work around the visit, and planned EMR connections aim to bring relevant demographics and insurance details into the workflow so they do not have to be re-entered.

Which systems will CardioCord connect to?

Planned EMR and patient check-in connections are on the roadmap. What is available for your practice will depend on product development and on the systems you use — we will be specific about it in a demo.

Will there be reporting?

The reporting vision includes patient volume, visit progress, waiting times, room utilization and pending tasks, to support staffing and operational decisions. Like integrations, its availability depends on product development.

How is patient information protected?

Before any patient information is shared, we put the appropriate written agreements in place with your practice — including a Business Associate Agreement where HIPAA requires one — and agree on the system access our team needs. Please do not send patient information through this website.

Request a demo. We will walk through the concept, learn how your practice runs its day, and outline how office flow and scribe support could fit.

How much does CardioCord cost?

It depends on your practice — the number of locations, visit volume and the scribe support you need. We discuss pricing as part of the demo conversation.

Still have a question?

We’re happy to walk through how CardioCord would fit your practice.
