Terms of Use

The terms that apply to your use of the CardioCord website.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1.Using this website

These terms apply to your use of the CardioCord website at cardiocord.net. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2.Information only — concepts and plans

The website describes CardioCord’s office flow system, virtual scribe services and the product we are building. It is provided for general information.

Illustrations shown on the website are concept scenes with fictional, unnamed patient data. Features, integrations (including planned EMR and patient check-in connections) and reporting described as proposed, planned or in development are not commitments; their availability will depend on product development and on the systems used by your practice.

3.Not medical advice

Nothing on the website is medical advice, and using it does not create a provider–patient relationship. In CardioCord’s services, providers review and approve clinical documentation and retain responsibility for clinical decisions. If you are a patient with a question about your health, contact your healthcare provider.

4.Services are provided under separate agreements

Any services CardioCord provides to a practice are governed by a written agreement with that practice, including a Business Associate Agreement where HIPAA requires one. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

5.Acceptable use

When using the website, please do not:

  • send protected health information or other patient information through it;
  • attempt to probe, scan or test the security of the website, or interfere with its operation, without our written permission;
  • copy, scrape or republish its content in bulk, or use it to build a competing service;
  • misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with a practice or organisation.

If you believe you have found a security issue, please tell us at hello@cardiocord.net.

6.Intellectual property

The website, its content, and the CardioCord name, logo and heart-and-pulse mark belong to CardioCord. You may view and share pages for your own evaluation of CardioCord. To refer to CardioCord in your own materials, use the assets and rules on our brand page. Other product names mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners.

7.Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardioCord will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10.Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed; continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
